What's included in the free trial?
3 days of full Pro access — unlimited chats and calls with Sola, no restrictions.
What do I get with the $20/month membership?
Unlimited chats and calls with Sola, plus enhanced memory so Sola remembers more about you over time.
Can I use the app without a subscription?
Yes. The free plan gives you a fixed number of chat and call credits to get started.
What's the difference between the free plan and the paid plan?
Free comes with limited chat and call credits. Pro removes those limits completely — talk to Sola as much as you want.
Will I be charged automatically after my free trial ends?
Yes, unless you cancel before the trial ends. You'll be charged $20/month through your Apple or Google account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings, or directly through your Apple or Google subscription settings.
Is my conversation data private and secure?
Yes. Your conversations with Sola are private and securely stored — we don't share your data.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments go through the Apple App Store or Google Play — whatever payment method you've already saved with them works.
What happens to my companion and chat history if I downgrade or cancel?
Your chat history stays intact. You'll just lose unlimited access — chat and call limits from the free plan apply again.
